ИЗМЕРЕНИЕ ПРЕДПРИНИМАТЕЛЬСКИХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ ТВОРЧЕСКИХ ЛЮДЕЙ ИЗОБРАЗИТЕЛЬНОГО И ДЕКОРАТИВНО-ПРИКЛАДНОГО ИСКУССТВА ЦЕНТРАЛЬНОЙ АЗИИ НА ОСНОВЕ РАМКИ ENTREСOMP

Настоящее исследование посвящено измерению предпринимательских компетенций творческих людей изобразительного и декоративно-прикладного искусства Центральной Азии на основе рамки European Commission EntreComp. Актуальность работы обусловлена ростом самозанятости и нестабильностью занятости в сфере искусства, что требует развития устойчивых предпринимательских навыков. Цель исследования — определить количественные изменения предпринимательских компетенций у творческих людей после прохождения специализированной образовательной программы. Задачи включали: оценку исходного уровня 15 компетенций EntreComp; разработку и апробацию инструментария самооценки; проведение сравнительного анализа до и после обучения; выявление статистически значимых изменений. Методология основана на количественном экспериментальном дизайне с участием 62 респондентов из Казахстана, Кыргызстана и Узбекистана, из которых 25 прошли обучение по программе «Развитие предпринимательских компетенций в условиях современного арт-бизнеса». Применялись методы описательной статистики, однофакторный дисперсионный анализ (ANOVA) с апостериорным критерием Тьюки, критерии Краскела–Уоллиса, Уилкоксона и парный t-критерий Стьюдента. Статистическая обработка выполнена в SPSS v.29.0 при уровне значимости p < 0,05. Результаты показали статистически значимое повышение общего показателя предпринимательских компетенций (с 53,25 ± 12,10 до 66,74 ± 11,54; p < 0,001). Существенные улучшения выявлены по всем 15 компетенциям, особенно в областях самосознания и самоэффективности, мотивации и настойчивости, мобилизации ресурсов, финансовой грамотности и сотрудничества. В целом, обучение продемонстрировало комплексное положительное влияние на развитие предпринимательских компетенций творческих людей, подтверждая эффективность использования рамки EntreComp как инструмента оценки и формирования предпринимательского потенциала в сфере искусства Центральной Азии.Ключевые слова:
